Elsie Jacobs John, 94, of Monroe, a retired bookkeeper, died Thursday, January 24, 2019. Services are 11:00 AM Saturday, February 2, 2019, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Monroe. Visitation is from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Saturday, February 2, 2019, at the church. Interment will be in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
