Faye "Babi" McIntosh Walker Schumacher

Faye "Babi" McIntosh Walker Schumacher passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023, at Landmark Nursing Home in West Monroe, LA at the age of 93. Graveside services were held at Mt Patrick Baptist Church in Bernice, LA with Micheal McIntosh officiating.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Thomas Harvey "Sleepy" Walker and Herbert Schumacher; daughter, Connie Walker Ward; parents, Ada and Frank McIntosh; brother, Billy McIntosh; and sisters, Betty Jean Harvey and Joann Gardner.

She leaves behind her daughter, Linda Walker Fulton and husband Richard; grandchildren, Brandye Brixius and husband Paul, Barrett McIntosh, Stephanie McCord; great grandchildren, Phoenix McIntosh, Locklan McIntosh, and Blaze McIntosh; and brothers, Johnny Frank McIntosh and Don McIntosh and wife Regina; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Faye will be remembered for her midnight pancakes, contagious smile, and love for her family.
