Funeral services celebrating the life of Freddie Paul Stanley, 81, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. Interment will follow immediately after at St. Paschal’s Catholic Church Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
Mr. Stanley was born on June 21, 1944, in Lake Providence, LA and passed away on March 14, 2026, at the Northeast Louisiana War Veterans Home in Monroe, LA. He was a loving husband and father who worked hard and served his country in the United States Marine Corp. Mr. Stanley is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Gladys Stanley and his four brothers, Dan Stanley, Bill Stanley, Sammy Stanley and Mark Devall.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rosary Lemoine Stanley; son, Erik Stanley; daughters, Caryn Stanley and Andi Stanley; daughter-in-law, Shalanda Stanley; grandchildren, Eliza and Jake Stanley; sisters, Diana White and Elaine Horrell; and his special friend, Rio.
Pallbearers will be Jake Stanley, Shadly Powell, Doug Fleming, Chris Horrell, Casey Osbon and Mark White.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until service time on Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to G B Cooley Life Services or to ARCO of Monroe.
