Jackie Shrader, age 75, peacefully went to be with the Lord on September 27, 2026, while holding her daughter's hand.

Born and raised in Chariton, Iowa, Jackie was the daughter of the late Cleo Clark Shrader and Joye Antley Shrader.

Throughout her life, she worked in many different professions, however, her favorite calling was spending her years at home, raising her children and cultivating a loving household.

Jackie had an adventurous soul and wonderfully silly personality. She had a gift for making people laugh, as well as a heart big enough to encompass everyone she met. Her devotion to her family was unshakeable.

As a lover of life's simple pleasures, Jackie absolutely adored the beach. When she wasn't listening for the waves, she could be found immersing herself in her favorite hobbies, which included art, reading, puzzles, and spending peaceful hours outside in the yard. She was also an avid gamer, and nothing brought her quite as much joy as building worlds in Minecraft or embarking on epic journeys in Final Fantasy XV.

Jackie’s legacy of love lives on through her family. She is survived by her children, Hannah McGaugh and Paul Arnold, as well as her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom brought immense joy to her life. She is reunited in Heaven with her parents and is now walking tall with Jesus.

Services for Mrs. Jackie Shrader will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Grace Baptist Church in Monroe with Rev. Ricky Baker officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:30 A.M. until service time Sunday at Grace Baptist Church, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her honor to Grace Baptist Church. The church community's overwhelming love, compassion, and continuous prayer during this incredibly difficult time have meant the world to the family.
