James Bernard Davis

All are invited to attend the celebration of life for Mr. James Bernard Davis, 76, of Rayville, LA, 10:00 AM Thursday, August 11, 2022, at Union Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Ray officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Rayville.

Mr. Davis was born June 12, 1946 and passed away on August 7, 2022. He was a member of Union Methodist Church. Mr. Davis retired after 20+ years from Swanson Correctional Center. He enjoyed tinkering on small projects, hunting and being outdoors.

He is preceded in death by his parents, numerous brothers and sisters; son, Richard Wallace Davis; and his beloved wife, Rebecca “Becky” Hatch Davis.

Survivors include his two grandsons, Ryan Davis and Robert Davis; as well as a host of other family members and friends.
