James F. "Jeff" Stone, III

Memorial service for Mr. James F. “Jeff” Stone III, 72, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00AM Thursday, December 30, 2021, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church with Rev. Rita Jefferson officiating. Private family interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe.

Mr. Stone was born on February 4, 1949, in Monroe, LA, and passed away on December 27, 2021, in Monroe. He was preceded in death by his parents, Catherine Ann Hayward Morgan and James Floyd Stone II; and sister, Catherine Ann “Kaki” Stone Kolb.

Mr. Stone was a graduate of Neville High School Class of 1968. In high school Jeff had a band called the Wall of Sound. He enjoyed watching NASCAR racing and loved motorcycles.

Survivors include his daughter, Kelly Aline Stone; siblings, Farren Parker Stone, Peggy Sue Stone Coats, and Robert Hayward Stone; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
