James Elton Pardue, Sr.

Memorial Services for Mr. James Elton Pardue, Sr., 49, of Columbia, LA, will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Winnsboro.

James was born October 17, 1973 and passed away on August 27, 2023. He was a logger by trade, but was also a truck driver and mechanic. James enjoyed hunting, fishing, and loved to eat, especially his sister's biscuits and gravy and his mom's dumplings.

He is preceded in death by his father, Elton Ray Pardue; nephew, James "Bud" Duplichan.

Survivors include his five children, Destiny Pardue, Cody Tyson, James Elton Pardue Jr and wife Alison, Lucas "Luke" Pardue and Sarah Pardue; seven grandchildren, Abel, Blayke, Kimberly, Brady, Zaddie, Kynton, and Shawn; mother, Mariko “Mrs. Mary” Stephenson; two sisters Michelle Temple and husband Donnie, Nicole Pardue; brother, Elton Ray Pardue, Jr.; as well as a slew of nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
