Graveside Services for Mr. James W. Cook, Sr., 84, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at the Hasley Cemetery Pavilion in West Monroe, LA, with Dr. Jim Wolfe officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Mr. Cook was born July 21, 1937 and passed away October 14, 2021. He was a member of Ridge Avenue Baptist Church and a retired Claims Superintendent with State Farm Insurance.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Mae Cook; and his son, James W. Cook, Jr.
Survivors include his granddaughter, Emily Nicole Cook; and daughter-in-law, Kalynda Cook.
Memorials may be made to the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home.
