Jewell Womack Kampouris, of Monroe, owner/operator of Capital Steak House, died Sunday. Services are 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Visitation is Wednesday from 9:30 AM until service time at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Interment will be in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe.
