Mr. Joe Edward Rice, 82, of Wisner, LA was born on February 9, 1944, in Greenville, KY and passed away on July 2, 2026, at his residence. He grew up in Paducah, KY and very proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.

Joe is survived by his wife, C.J.; daughter, Joanna; grandchildren, Janalyn, Krysten and Rachel; great grandchildren, Matthew, Addison, Eli, Lauren and Connor.

Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
