Funeral services celebrating the life of Mr. Johnny “Red” Belton,75, of Baskin, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 6, 2026, at Victory Apostolic Church with Pastor David Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Coax Cemetery in Baskin, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA.

Mr. Belton was born on October 29, 1950, in Mt. Airy, NC and passed away at his residence in Baskin, LA on July 2, 2026.

Mr. Belton is preceded in death by his wife, Connie Belton; grandchildren, Alaina Dubreuil and Angel Westbrook; his mother, Mary Magdalene Spencer-Belton; grandpa Belton; father, William Thornton Belton; sister, Mary Frances Jones and his step-brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his children, Shirley Teasley and husband, Chris, Christy Westbrook and husband, Chris, and John Belton and his wife, Brianna; grandchildren, Evie Dubreuil, Huxley Belton, and his Victory grandkids; sister, Linda Brizendine; a special friend, Debbie king and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Baskin Police Department, Roger Grayson, Mitchell Davis, and Matthew Pitaro. Baskin Fire Department, Alex Givens, Shawn Fortenberry, and Keven Fife and his Church Grandkids, Cameron Smith, and Adriel Smith.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 P.M. until service time at Victory Apostolic Church.
