Funeral services for Judy Carol Foy, 65, of Monroe, will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, November 10, 2014, at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, in Bernice, LA, with Rev. John Rushing officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church Cemetery in Bernice, LA, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.Mrs. Foy died Friday, November 7, 2014, after a lengthy illness. She was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.Mrs. Foy was preceded in death by her parents, J.T. and Mildred Martin Lowery.Survivors include her husband, Richard Foy; son, Jeremy Foy and wife Holly of Irving, TX; grandson, Jesse Foy; and brothers, J.D.
