A memorial service for Mrs. Kathleen Daughdrill, 72, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, March 6, 2026, at First Methodist Church in Monroe, LA, with Dr. Brian Mercer officiating. A visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the church.

Mrs. Daughdrill was born on March 16, 1953, and passed away on February 26, 2026. She was a school teacher for 45 years before retiring.

Mrs. Daughdrill was preceded in death by her father, George William Harkins; mother, Martha Mahaffey Harkins; and brother, George Mark Harkins.

Survivors include her husband, Marvin Daughdrill; cousin, Ed Wood; sister-in-law, Beth Harkins; niece, Rachel Hasloh; and nephew, Preston Harkins.
