Funeral Services for Kimberly Prestridge Lenard, 63, will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA with Bro. Don DeLukie officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun, LA.

Born on October 8, 1962, in Monroe, LA, Kim passed away suddenly from this Earth to be with our Lord on Friday, June 5, 2026. She lived a life defined by love, devotion, and unwavering dedication to those she held dear. She loved her family fiercely and found her greatest joy in being a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. Her kindness and generous spirit touched countless lives and created a legacy of love that will continue for generations. Whether gathered around a family table, celebrating life's milestones, or simply sharing everyday moments, Kim made everyone feel welcomed, valued, and deeply loved. Her family was her greatest accomplishment, and she treasured every moment spent with them.

Kim was preceded in death by her father, John Prestridge; her brother, Donald Prestridge, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins she loved dearly.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 44 years, Rusty Lenard and one daughter, Jessica Thornhill (Husband, Matthew); grandchildren, Ashlynn and Cole Thornhill; her mother, Sylvia Prestridge; and her best friend and brother, Ron Prestridge along with many other beloved family members and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Buddy Lee, Bud Rochell, Jeff Rochell, Randy Lenard, Brian Lenard, Richard Dunn, Virgil Dunn, and Scott Thomas. Honorary Pallbearer will be Rudy Aikens.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday, June 8, 2026, at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
