Kyle Elliott
Davis
November 10, 1982 – May 9, 2026
Kyle Elliott Davis was born on November 10, 1982 and passed away on May 9, 2026. Kyle was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend whose laughter, kindness, and larger-than-life heart left an unforgettable mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Kyle found joy in the simple and meaningful moments of life. He loved spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and hiking, and could often be found immersed in his favorite video games or cooking meals for the people he loved. Some of his most treasured moments were spent watching Anime with his boys, creating memories filled with laughter and togetherness. To his daughter, he was her hero, faithfully attending tea parties that became some of the most cherished and special moments of his life. Dancing in the kitchen was also a special thing he did with his mom.
Above all else, Kyle loved his family fiercely. He was a proud father who adored his children and embraced each of them with unconditional love, humor, and devotion. His son Zayne was lovingly known as his “mini me,” Jayden as his “favorite terd,” Conor as “tookie,” and Mackenzie as his “princess.” Those nicknames reflected the warmth, playfulness, and deep connection he shared with each child.
Kyle was preceded in death by his father, David Mark Zeller; his brother, Tyler Eads Davis; grandparents, Carolyn Lewis Eads, Edward Eads, Glynn Davis, and Gilbert and Evelyn Zeller; uncle, Steven Glynn Davis; mother-in-law, Debbie Tucker; father-in-law, Joseph Tucker; and brother-in-law, Landon Scott Tucker.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, April Davis; the mother of his son, Vicki Morris; his beloved children, Zayne Matthew Davis, Jayden Andrew Kottenbrook, Conor Eli Coon, and Mackenzie Grace Coon; his parents, Paula Huey and Jaimie Scallan; brothers, James Westley Huey and Joshua Heath Cosby; sister, Dayla Layne Scallan; grandmother, Rose Davis; uncle, Brian Edward Davis and wife, Gerri; along with numerous other relatives and dear friends.
Kyle’s memory will live on in the stories shared, the laughter during family gatherings, the Anime marathons with his boys, and the tiny teacups held lovingly beside his daughter. Though his time here was far too short, the love he gave so freely will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
