Masonic Funeral Services for Lawrence Moore Robinson, 71, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, July 2, 2016 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe with Rev. William Edwards officiating. Interment will be in Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe.Mr. Robinson was born September 28, 1944, in Delhi, LA, and passed away June 29, 2016. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving in the Vietnam War. Mr. Robinson was a retired crane operator, well known for being one of the best. He had that incredible memory of recollection and an avid appetite for sports. Most of all he gave his Savior Jesus Christ all the glory for his life He is preceded in death by his wife, Terry Lynn Robinson; two brothers, Billy and Ralph Robinson; two sisters, Peggy Wood and Evelyn Moore; and parents, Andrew and Flossie Robinson.Survivors include his daughter, Lana Barnette and husband Fred; son, Lawrence Moore Robinson, Jr. and wife LeCretia; grandchildren, Trey, Taylor and Anna; sister-in-law, Gerrie Robinson; numerous nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.Pallbearers will be Fred Barnette, Taylor Barnette, Trey Robinson, Colby McManus, Jimmy Gill and Taylor Huffman.Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Friday, July 1, 2016 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe.He will be remembered for his love for family and especially proud of his three grandchildren who gave him great joy.Online Registry/Condolences: www.mulhearnfuneralhome.com
