Funeral service for Mr. Leslie LaCroix, 78, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 1, 2026, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe with Rev. Skip Dean officiating. Graveside service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Columbia Hill Cemetery in Columbia, LA. Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until service time Sunday at the funeral home.
Mr. LaCroix was an Attorney at Law and a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association. He was a former Commander of the Power Squadron and was a certified Boating Captain, who owned and chartered his paddlewheel boat. Mr. LaCroix turned his passion for the water into a way of life. He was an avid duck hunter, who loved the outdoors, a passionate inventor, and entrepreneur. Mr. LaCroix held multiple patents and certifications in electrical technology.
Mr. LaCroix was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie L. LaCroix, Sr. and Anice LaCroix.
Survivors include his wife, Sondra LaCroix; brother, Charles LaCroix; children, Jacquelyn LaCroix, Leslie LaCroix III, and Jarrod LaCroix and his wife Tammy LaCroix; and grandson, Harrison LaCroix.
Pallbearers will be Leslie LaCroix III, Harrison LaCroix, Brandon Bell, Chad Elias, Palmer Jarrell, and Conner Hodge.
Memorials may be made to Jesus the Good Shepherd Catholic Church or to your favorite charity.
