Private family graveside service will be held for Mrs. Letha Ouchley Taylor Frank, 96, of Monroe, LA, formerly of Rocky Branch, LA, will be held at Rocky Branch Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe.

Mrs. Frank was born on April 26, 1929, in Farmerville, LA, and passed away on April 19, 2026, in Monroe, LA. She resided in Rocky Branch, LA, where she was a member of Rocky Branch Baptist Church. Mrs. Frank had a special love of animals and took in stray cats and dogs. She enjoyed working in the yard, watching birds, and cooking for people in the church that were in need.

Mrs. Frank was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Wesley Ouchley and Miriam Acree Ouchley; husband, William (Bill) Frank; son, Richard Taylor; son-in-law, Ken Saterfield; and three brothers, Bobby, Norman, and Mike Ouchley.

Survivors include her children, Vickie Griffin and husband Danny, Cindy Saterfield, and Johnny Taylor and wife Linda; grandchildren, Jim Brooks and wife Kathy, Dustin Griffin and wife Christine, Misty Knepp and husband Thom, and Cameron Taylor and wife Samantha; great grandchildren, Cyndi Tomberlin, James Brooks, Seth Brooks, Samantha Knepp, Alex Knepp, Nathan Knepp, Savannah Griffin, Hudson Griffin, Bri Taylor, and Brayden Taylor; great great grandchildren, Ryan Kirkham and Aislynn Tomberlin; and one great great great grandchild due to be here on Friday April 25th.
