"Lil" Johnny Buffington

Memorial service for Mr. John Edward Ray “Lil Johnny” Buffington, 31, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 3:00PM Thursday December 1, 2022, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe, LA, with Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating. Visitation will be 2:00PM Thursday, December 1, 2022, until service time at the funeral home.

Lil Johnny was born on April 18, 1991, in Monroe and passed away on November 26, 2022, in Monroe. He had a beautiful and contagious smile that made everyone love him. He had numerous friends, too many to count.  Lil Johnny loved life and spending time with his family. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors on the water fishing. 

Survivors include his mother, Theresa Kay Putman and husband Robert; father, John Edward Buffington; sisters, Alisha Champion and husband Cody, and Karen Sasser and husband Brandon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
