Linda E. Welch Mullins

Graveside service for Ms. Linda E. Welch Mullins, 88, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00AM Friday, February 24, 2023, at Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Thursday, February 23, 2023, at Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe.

Ms. Mullins was born on November 11, 1934, in Simpson, LA, and passed away on February 20, 2023, in Monroe, LA. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Monroe for over 49 years and also served as the secretary for several years. She was a graduate of the Neville Class of 1952. Ms. Mullins also worked for McKenzie and Mouk Insurance Company for over 40 years.

Ms. Mullins is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Jack Mullins.

Survivors include her son, Mike Mullins and wife Dana; grandson, Kincade Mullins; and granddaughter, Kathryn Grace Mullins.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to her dear friends and caregivers Herbie Darrington and Ruby Nash.

Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church in Monroe.
