Lois Doughtie Roberson

Lois Doughtie Roberson went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 12, 2025. Lois was born in West Monroe, LA on November 25, 1965, and passed away in Gulf Shores, AL. She studied Comp. Specialty at Louisiana Voc Tech College. She enjoyed cooking, reading, the beach, and spending time with her family and her precious baby ZOE.

Lois is preceded in death by her parents, Virgie Lavern Gill Doughtie and John Henry Doughtie.

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Buddy L. Roberson; mother-in-law, Patsy Roberson; son, Joshua Eugene French and his wife Courtney, and Matthew Franks; siblings, George Doughtie and wife Mary, Gina Fisher, Beth Walker, and Pam Hodnett and husband Joey; grandchildren, Lois French, Nathaniel Hendrix, and her loving ZOE; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service for Lois will be held at 2:00PM Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe with Rev. Bodie Spicer officiating. Private graveside will be held at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00PM until service time Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be John Carr, Sr., John Carr, Jr., Joshua French, Matthew Franks, Larry Doughtie and Matthew Duplantis. Honorary pallbearers will be Gage Carr and Nate Hendrix.
