Loretta Ann Myers

Funeral Mass for Loretta Ann Myers, 85, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at St. Paschal Catholic Church with Father Mike Thang’wa officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Paschal Catholic Church Cemetery, West Monroe under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Loretta was born on September 1, 1940, in Jefferson Davis Parish, LA and passed away at her home in West Monroe on October 23, 2025. She enjoyed crocheting, fishing, playing slot machines, serving others, playing cards, doing puzzles, and to give Communion to her community. Loretta loved all of her children. She was a member of St. Paschal Catholic Church. Loretta is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Shirley J. Myers; parents, Reo and Pearly Mier; sisters, Amanda Faust and Clara Dornette; and granddaughter, Krystal Richter.

Survivors include her children, Faith Tarver and husband, Elmo, Hope Grigsby, Charity Owens and husband Wayne, and Casey Myers and wife Sandra; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Deborah Wanger; and brother, Ronald Mier.

Pallbearers will be Amber Sumrall, Elmo Tarver, Casey Myers, Brian Myers, Chris Myers, and Wayne Owens.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
