Marty Hilton

Marty Hilton went to be with the Lord on October 14, 2021, at the age of 53. He was taken too soon and will be missed and is loved by so many.

Marty was known for his genuine and deep love of his family. His family was at the heart of everything he did. He was a caring husband, father, grandfather and friend to anyone who knew him. Marty made many friends in his life and will be remembered by all who knew him. Marty loved to travel and lived life to his fullest. When Marty smiled, he smiled even thru his eyes.

Marty is survived by his wife of 17 years, Heidi Creager Hilton of Monroe; his son, Justin and his wife, Rachel Hilton of Argyle, Texas; daughter, Kirstie Robles and her husband, Carlos of West Monroe; son, Trenton Hilton and daughter, Lilli Hilton of Monroe; grandchildren, Adalynn, Weston, Olivia, Stone & Eli. He is also survived by his mother, Ernestine Shackelford and her husband, James; sister, Tracy Brantley and fiancé’, David Pierce; brother, Matt Hilton and wife, Angela Hilton. Marty was blessed with many nieces and nephews as well.

Marty is preceded in death by his father, Larry Hilton; grandparents, Amos & Ruby Hilton and Charles & Amy Malone.

Marty worked at Georgia Pacific in Crossett, Arkansas. He was a Product System/Logistics Manager. Marty was known by his coworkers as a hard worker and a caring coworker.

Marty’s celebration of life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Fair Park Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA. Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until service time. Interment will follow in the Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
