Graveside service for Matthew Dylan Johnston, 5, of Calhoun, LA, will be held at 10:00AM Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun, LA, with Rev. Jimmy Pelley officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Friday, May 12, 2023, at Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe.

Matthew was born on April 25, 2018, in Monroe and passed away on May 8, 2023, in Monroe.

Survivors include his parents, Kaitlyn C. Johnston and Billy Johnston, Jr.; brother, James Johnston; grandparents, Joe and Angela Clampit and Billy and Frankie Johnston, Sr.; aunts and uncles, Tyler and Amy Hernandez, Jeff and Natalie Berry, Nolan and Patricia Cheek, and Pam Brown; cousins, Ava and Abram Hernandez, Taylor McGary, Kaitlyn Cheek, Hannah Middlebrooks, Haley Cheek, Clayton Cheek, and Morgan Brown; and a host of great aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Hernandez, Jeffery Berry, Patrick Pelley, and Steven Wood. Honorary pallbearer will be Clayton Cheek.
