Miriam Elaine Browder Price

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Miriam Elaine Browder Price, 94, of Winnsboro, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 16, 2025, at the First Methodist Church in Winnsboro, LA with Joe Michael Price and Rev. Fran Guy officiating. Interment will follow in the Myrtle Memorial Cemetery in Winnsboro, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA.

Mrs. Price was born on September 23, 1930, in Franklin Parish, LA. She grew up on the family farm with her five siblings. She married George Allen Price, Sr., in 1947 and they had three sons, Dannie, David and George. Mrs. Price is preceded in death by her parents Henry Ramage and Callie Browder; her husband of 60 years, George Allen Price; her siblings, Helen Bennett, Barbara Evans, Aubrey Browder, Ramage Browder, W.L. Browder and her son, Dannie Price.

Survivors include her sons, David Price and George Price and wife, Debbie; grandchildren, Ben Price, Sara Turner, Lynsey Rea, George Price III, and Betsy Price; great grandchildren, Katie Rea, Price Rea, Joe Michael Price, Dani Price, Carmen Turner, Carley Turner, Ivey Price and George Allen Price IV; great great grandchild, Frances-Jo Price. She is also survived by her church family.

Pallbearers will be Ben Price, Price Rea, Wes Rea, Jacob Williams, Dale Etheridge, Joe Michael Price, Paul Wade Turner, and David Deblieux. Honorary Pallbearers will be George Gowan, Bud Robinson, Glenn Butler, Tommy Baldwin, Joe Westerburg, Bill Anderson, George Allen Price, III, and Robin Renner .

Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until service time on Saturday at First Methodist Church.
