Nancy Lee Hunsinger Breen passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 26, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Born on May 12, 1940, in Endicott, New York, Nancy was one of fifteen children and grew up on her family's farm in Vestal, New York. From those early days, she carried a deep sense of faith, family, and resilience that shaped her throughout her life.
Nancy was known for her gentle spirit, unwavering kindness, and lifelong devotion to those she loved. She lived a life centered on faith and family, filled with grace, laughter, and generosity. Her grandchildren will especially remember the joy she brought to every holiday—making cookies together, decorating bunny cakes at Easter, and baking pumpkin pies at Thanksgiving.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward Breen; and her parents, Howard Clarence Hunsinger and Zelma Winefred Boyles Hunsinger Shaver.
Nancy is survived by her three sons: Joe and his wife Erika, Bobby and his wife Leslie, and Eddie. She was the proud grandmother of Reagan Wagoner, Brandon Breen, Holland Breen, Kasen Breen, Jacob Breen, Hayden Breen, John Robert Breen, and Emily Breen; and great-grandmother to Stella Breen; and adopted great grands, Julianna and Jude Green.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00PM Monday, June 30, 2025 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. Visitation will be held from 2:00PM until service time on Monday.

Nancy’s legacy is one of love, laughter, and the joy of being together. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
