Patrice Annette Lewis (Donaldson), 64 passed away on April 6, 2026, at St. Francis Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family after a long battle with illness. She was born on October 19, 1961, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Patrice made her home in Monroe, Louisiana, where she built a life centered around love, family, and simple joys. She was married to her devoted husband, Thomas "Dodd" Lewis, since 2008. Together, they built a home filled with love, family and shared joys.
She graduated from Ruston High School in1980, she spent most of her career working in accounting, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic. Outside of work, Patrice found happiness outdoors. She loved planting flowers, spending time with her family, and caring for her beloved dog, Bentley, who she affectionately called her "dog son."
Patrice was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her son, Zach Reeves of Bristow, Oklahoma, his spouse Kylynn, and their children, Victoria, Audrey, Mila, and Dalila; and her daughter, Brittani Powell of Natchitoches, Louisiana, her spouse Dillon Powell, and their children, Harper, Ava, and Olivia. She is also survived by her two stepsons, Brandon Lewis and Dylan Lewis of Monroe, LA.
She leaves behind her sisters, Debbie Smith of Ruston, Louisiana, and Lori (Dennie) Jones of Farmerville, Louisiana; and her brother, Mark "Bodie" Donaldson of Farmerville, Louisiana, along with several nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Dealie Hammontree; her mother, Yvonne Lancaster; and her father, Mark Donaldson.
Patrice will be remembered for her gentle strength, and the joy she brought to her family and friends. Through she is no longer with us, her spirit will live on in all who knows her.
