Patricia Jean Desbien Korn

A graveside service for Mrs. Patricia Jean Desbien Korn, 70, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 12, 2025, in the mausoleum chapel at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, with Rev. William Smith officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. 

Mrs. Korn was born on December 27, 1954, in Hill City, KS, and raised in Boliver, Tennessee; and passed away on July 6, 2025.

Mrs. Korn was a beloved mother of four children, grandmother of 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was the loving wife of Donald Korn for 50 years. She was the true definition of sweet, kind, strength and beauty; and was the pillar of her family legacy.

Mrs. Korn was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Siler Desbien; father, Lloyd Elmo Desbien; brother in laws, Jimmy Denton and Fred Korn; and nephews, Blaine and Jeff Fawcett.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Korn; sisters, Susie Denton, Sandra Waller (Woody), and Barbara Landreth (Phillip); children, Jessica Wroten (Dustin Sr.), Jeremy Korn (Belinda), Jacob Korn (Samantha), and Jennifer Davidson (Gary); grandchildren, Kalie, Tristin, Kadence, Khloe, Allayna, Gavin, Dustin Jr., Harley, Jonny, Grayson, Londyn, Emma, Owen, Jase, and Jameson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
