Paula Moore Lofton

A funeral service celebrating the life of Paula Moore Lofton, 64, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Tom Lowe officiating. Interment will follow immediately after at Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until the time of service.

Paula Lofton, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 14 ,2025 surrounded by family in her home in West Monroe, LA, just a few weeks shy of her 65th birthday on June 25th.

She was born in Cleburne, TX to Ray and Glenda Moore. The family moved to Pineville, LA where she graduated from Pineville High School. She went on to attend Northeast Louisiana University (ULM) and graduated with a degree in interior design.

She was employed with Sunbelt Plastics before going to work at CenturyLink, which later became Lumen. She passed the prestigious PMI-ACP exam and became a certified Project Manager. She also used her love of interior design to create an online retail store, Neutral Dwelling, which she enjoyed operating for a few years.

Paula was married to the love of her life, Michael Lofton. Together they had two daughters, Bianca and Addison, and two granddaughters, Amelia and Maelyn.

Paula loved photography, pickleball, decorating, dinner parties, and spending time with friends and family. She was always up for a road trip or shopping adventure. She made every second count. She was a wonderful Nonnie and adored her grandgirls.

Above all else, Paula was a faithful Christian and attended Christ Church in West Monroe, LA. She was deeply involved in multiple small groups and graciously hosted one in her home, along with being a Heartfelt Mom leader. Her warmth and leadership as a devoted Heartfelt Mom and mentor touched many lives.

Paula is preceded in death by her father, Mr. Ray Moore; mother-in-law, Ms. Audrey Lofton ; paternal grandparents, Mr. Tom and Ruth Moore ; maternal grandparents, Mr. Charles and Pearl Evartt.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her loving husband Michael Lofton; her two daughters, Bianca Hebert (Todd) and Addison Cutrone (Jonathan); her mother, Glenda Moore; brother, Charles Moore ( Becky); sister, Sheila Rials (Gary); her two grandchildren, Amelia and Maelyn Hebert; and numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and dear friends.

The pall bearers will be Jim DeMoss, Richard Benton, Chip Norman, Tony Munholland , Stephen Austin, and Mike Hipp
