Randall Todd "Randy" Hill

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mr. Randall Todd “Randy” Hill, 57, of Choudrant, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, October 27, 2025, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. Scott Jennings officiating. Interment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. 

Randy was born on October 5, 1968, in West Monroe and passed away on October 23, 2025, in Ruston, LA. He was a member of Living Water Full Gospel Church in Dubach, LA, and was a disciple and follower of Christ. He was employed as a technician for AT&T. Randy enjoyed hunting and fishing, but loved being a father, brother, and especially a PePaw! Randy would help anyone in need and enjoyed being a jokester because he loved watching people smile and laugh.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Margie Hill; nieces, Amber and Lacie Poole; and cousin, Karen Carnahan.

Survivors include his daughters, Kristina Norman and husband Micah and Sarah Hill; grandson, Asher Norman; brother, Mike Hill and wife Vikki; sisters, Trudy Bowman and Nancy Poole and husband Johnny; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Andrews, Michael Hill, Josh Liggin, Zachary Poole, Dennis Hill, and J.C. Nolan. Honorary pallbearer will be Asher Norman.
