Funeral services for Richard Irvin Foy, 69, of Farmerville, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 25, 2015, at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church in Bernice, LA, with Rev. John Rushing officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church Cemetery in Bernice, LA, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe.Mr. Foy died Saturday, November 21, 2015. He was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.
