Ronald Len Cappo Sr., age 61, of Monroe passed away on April 13, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer and several other health complications. Though he faced many physical challenges in his later years, Ronald met each day with strength, humor, and an unshakeable commitment to the people he loved.
Born on July 27, 1963, Ronald was the beloved son of Dominic Cappo. He grew up with a passion for sports and competition, which carried through his youth and into fatherhood. He proudly passed that passion on to his two sons, Ronnie and Danny, often cheering them on from the sidelines or sharing stories from his own playing days.
Ronald was best known for his quick wit, generous heart, and deep loyalty to his family and friends. He had an incredible ability to make people laugh, even in the toughest moments, and he never let his struggles keep him from lifting others up. His sense of humor was one of his greatest gifts—and it lives on in the stories his loved ones continue to share.
Professionally, Ronald took great pride in his years of work delivering milk to local schools and businesses. He was well-known and well-liked throughout the community, not just for his reliability, but for the genuine care and kindness he extended to everyone he met along his route. He worked hard, showed up without fail, and made lasting connections that stretched far beyond the job.
He is survived by his father, Dominic Cappo; his two sons, Ronnie and Danny Cappo; his two cherished granddaughters; and his brother, Donnie Cappo. He was a devoted father, a loving grandfather, a supportive brother, and a loyal friend to many. His legacy is one of strength, perseverance, and love.
Ronald’s family invites all who knew him to share their memories, photos, and tributes here on this memorial page. Whether you knew him for decades or only crossed paths briefly, your stories and reflections are welcome and appreciated.
Though he may be gone from this world, Ronald’s spirit, laughter, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched.
