With hearts full of gratitude, we thank our Heavenly Father for the gift of Rose Anne Cascio Reppond. Yet, with sorrow, we announce her passing on April 7, 2026. Rose Anne was born on March 4, 1941, and raised in Monroe, Louisiana, where she met and married Joseph Clayton Reppond, who would be the love of her life for the next 65 years. They lived most of their lives in Bossier City, Louisiana, where they raised their two daughters.
At the age of 85, Rose Anne said goodbye to the large family that adored her and walked hand in hand with Jesus to her new home. Guaranteed, she is lighting up Heaven right now with her spirit, spunk, and love of (her new eternal) life.
Rose Anne was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Mae Scalia Cascio; her father, Charles Joseph Cascio, Sr; her brother, Vito Joseph Cascio, and her sister, Mary Lea Cascio Hagan. Her surviving siblings include her brother, Charles Joseph Cascio, Jr. and her two sisters, Sarah Cascio McCall (Bill) and Carolyn Cascio Bolton (Padg). Her immediate survivors include her best friend and husband, Joseph Clayton Reppond; her daughters Denise Reppond Navarre (Warren) and Christi Jo Reppond Perret (Kenny). Her beloved grandchildren include Jessica Brown (Cody), Lindsay Atkins, Hannah Thayer (Brandon), Addison Atkins (Tatum), Nathaniel Navarre, Paige Perret (Max), Peyton Perret, and Tyler Perret. Her great-grandchildren include Keaton Anderson, Kadence Anderson, Blaize Thayer, Blair Thayer, Bowen Thayer, Blakelynn Thayer, Lennon Atkins, Halen Atkins, Emerson Atkins, and Cohen Atkins. Rose Anne is also survived by many wonderful friends who shared her love of God, her interest in books, her sheer delight in a monthly outing at Ernest’s Restaurant, and absolute enthusiasm for girls’ trips and travel.
To the incredible woman that could light up any room, shine your beacon and show us all the way home!
