Services for Mrs. Ruby Helen Couch, 83 of Columbia, LA will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 3, 2015 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro, LA., with Rev. Bill Nash officiating. A Graveside service will follow at Natchez City Cemetery in Natchez, MS at 1:00 p.m., under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro. Mrs. Couch was a homemaker and artist. She passed away on June 29, 2015. She was preceded in death by husband’s; Aubry Waldon Thornton, Sam. H. Couch, and Hubert Childress, and daughter, Eva Diane Thornton. Survivors include: Son: Jimmy Waldon Thornton and wife Betty Ann of Columbia, LA., Grandchild, Ruby Lynzie Thornton, 8 step-grandchildren, 8 step-great grandchildren, and 2 step-great great grandchildren, and a host of friends. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. till time of service on Friday, at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
