Funeral services for Mrs. Sharon Sweazy Graves, 75, of Monroe, LA, will be held 11:00AM on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe with Rev. Joe Hooter and Rev. Albert Collins officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 7:00PM on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the funeral home.

Sharon was born in Dallas, TX, on April 13, 1951, and passed away surrounded by her family on September 3, 2026, in Monroe. She was a retired teacher in Ouachita Parish along with being a bonus, Mom to many. Sharon had the voice of an angel, and the patience of Job. She was a member of New Destiny Assembly of God in Monroe, where she was a member of the New Destiny Praise Team, and the BGMC Coordinator.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, William and Virginia Sweazy; brother, Daniel Sweazy; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Sweazy; daughter, Nate’ Fontana; and aunt, Skip Weathers.

Survivors include her husband, Dabo Graves; sons, Michael Graves and Bryan Graves; daughters, Alisa Graves Rockett, Kristy Miles and husband Jay, Angela Bryant and husband Robby, Laura Hern and husband Chris, and Jennifer, Penny, and J.J.; sister-in-law, Sandra Craft and husband Mark; and grandchildren, Andrew, Katelynn, Christopher, Ava, Elizabeth, Nova, Scarlett, Alex, Maddie, Lyric, and Emersyn.

Pallbearers will be Larry Maddison, Jeff O’Bier, Robby Bryant, Christopher Bryant, Bruce Morris, Bobby Henson, Jay Foggo, Ty Putman, and Billy Henson.
