We are saddened to announce the death of Mrs. Susan Jean DeLoach Harper, 78, of West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. DeLoach was born on March 31, 1948, in Washington, D.C. and passed away on July 4, 2026, at the Landmark Nursing and Rehab Facility in West Monroe.

Susan attended Northeast Louisiana University and while in college became a legal secretary, where she spent fifteen years at local law firms. She then transitioned to a Right-Away Manager working in the pipeline industry.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Jeanne DeLoach.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Tammy Sims and Debbie Lemoine and husband, Dennis; son, Frank H. Harper; grandchildren, Stephanie Gifford, Chelsea Ross, Kerrigan Delgado, and Kourtney Lemoine; great-grandchildren, Tripp Jones and Fae Ross

Private services will be held at a later date.
