Susan Tanner Seanor

Funeral Services to be held at Jesus the Good Shepherd Church, April 24 @ 10:30AM.
Officiating: Father Mike Thang’wa, Father Tobias Omondi Obado and Deacon Chris Domingue

Interment will be in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Susan was born in Alexandria, Louisiana and graduated from Holy Savior Menard Central High School in May 1979. She moved to Monroe, Louisiana in 1979 and graduated from Northeast Louisiana University with BSN, RN degree in May 1983. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Grambling State University in July 2002. Susan spent her life in the service of her family and friends, and the community through her career in nursing. Many individuals were the recipient of her thoughtful gifts, including crocheted baby blankets and afghans, and those fresh, out-of-the-oven pound cakes.

Proceeded in death: Father, Brodie Tanner, Jr., mother Barbara Herlevic Tanner, brothers Robert Glynn, Thomas Michael, and Steven Mark Tanner.

Survivors: Beloved husband of 37 years, Ron, sons, Adam of Monroe, Louisiana, and Andrew of Shreveport, Louisiana, sister and brother-in-law, Monica and Michael Boudreaux, nieces, Mickaela and husband Connor and precious great nephew Beaux Noble Copeland, and Morgan Boudreaux and fiancé Jacob Angevine, numerous family and friends, and her fur babies, Pixie and Crissie.

Special thanks to Dr. Murray, Dr. Norman, and the entire ICU staff at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe, Louisiana.
