With deep sorrow, we announce that Teresa Ann Brice, age 69, of West Monroe, LA passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025, after a gallant battle with cancer. Teresa is at home in her eternal resting place with God and our savior, Jesus Christ.
Terry was born August 31, 1956, in Evanston, Illinois, the daughter of the late Thomas and Delores Nellessen Brice. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Michael Brice. She is survived by her sister, Patricia Brice of West Monroe, LA; brothers, Thomas Brice of Benton, LA and James Brice of Flower Mound, Texas; nieces, Nicole Brice (Shreveport, LA), Katie Brice Raddatz (Flower Mound, TX), Allie Brice Rangel (Benton, LA), Alaina Brice (Flower Mound, TX); nephews, Keaton Brice (Dallas, TX), Dylan King (Raliegh, North Carolina), Joshua Brice (Benton, LA), John Brice (Dallas, TX), Dalton Rangel (Benton, LA) and Scott Raddatz (Flower Mound, TX); great niece, Delilah Raddatz (Flower Mound, TX); and great nephews, Max Herrick (Shreveport, LA), Beau Brice (Bossier City, LA), Arthur King (Raliegh) and Crew Raddatz (Flower Mound, TX).
Terry succeeded in life on this earth, as she lived each day striving to be like Jesus. She was a loving, caring, and compassionate person that spent her entire life caring for others and never wanting for anything. She never put her needs above the needs of others. The world would be a much better place if we could all be like Terry. She was the epitome of what a daughter should be. She was the big sister that any sibling growing up and then in adulthood would cherish to have for guidance, wisdom, love and compassion. She was adored by her many nieces and nephews.
After graduating from Ouachita Parish High School in Monroe, LA, Terry spent her entire adult life caring for the residents of Monroe, West Monroe, and the surrounding area as she worked in the medical supply industry for 51 years at Luffey’s Medical and subsequently at Midsouth Medical. She passionately and affectionately cared for the patients and families needing assistance in making their loved ones’ lives a little easier or more comfortable. She always knew how to help the patients/families with her passion, knowledge and experience. She touched so many lives each day with a big heart, smile and desire to make a difference. What a successful life!
Terry’s primary hobbies were spending time with family and friends, playing games, and golf. She loved playing games as it was a great way to have fun with loved ones. But you had to know going into certain games, that you likely had no chance of winning…Yahtzee or Farkle. She had the magic touch!! She also loved to tell jokes so much so that she had to write them down so she could remember to share them with you.
There will be a visitation at Mulhearn Funeral Home, 2308 Sterlington Road, Monroe, LA on November 6, 2025, from 12:00 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. and a memorial service celebrating Terry’s life after the visitation at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery at 623 US-80, Monroe, LA. The family have a celebration of Terry’s life at a later date.
Terry’s nephews will serve as the pallbearers. Pallbearers are Keaton Brice, Dylan King, Joshua Brice, John Brice, Dalton Rangel, and Scott Raddatz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Michael T. Brice Scholarship at ULM.
