A memorial service for Tiffinee Smith, 53, of Las Vegas, Nevada, will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Shackleford Baptist Church in Newellton, LA, with Pastor Al Bartie officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd., Monroe, Louisiana.
Tiffinee Smith was born on December 15, 1971, in Newellton, Louisiana to the late Eddie L. Guice, Sr. and Thelma D. Guice. She departed this earthly life on Friday, April 18, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She confessed Christ at Martin Chapel Baptist Church in 1981, under the leadership of Reverend Henry Tolston and later joined Shackleford Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend T.J. Moreland. There, she was a dedicated choir member before moving to Las Vegas.
To know Tiffinee was to experience genuine kindness and unconditional support. She was a friend and family member who stood by you in every season, offering a listening ear and words of encouragement. Her presence brought light to all of our lived and though she’s no longer with us, the love and laughter we shared with her will remain in our hearts forever.
Tiffinee was preceded in death by her baby girl, Tastinee Smith; father, Eddie L. Guice, Sr.; and grandparents, Sol Guice, Mary Guice, Riley Robinson, and Pearl Robinson.
She leaves to cherish her memories: A loving husband, Michael L. Smith, Sr.; three wonderful sons, Ikeem Smith, Shawn Smith, and Michael Smith, Jr.; two grandkids, Leyla Smith and Greyson Smith; all of Las Vegas, Nevada; her mother, Thelma Guice; mother-in-law, Carol Smith; two sisters, Tangila Davis (Kevin) and Tameika Guice-Watkins (Jimmy); an honorary sister, Cashell Jenkins (Stanley); two brothers, Eddie L. Guice, Jr. (Katie) and Roderick Robinson (Amy); an honorary brother, Cantrell Guice; two brothers-in-law, Darryl Smith (Marcia) and Fred Smith (Susie); two nieces, Armeshica Guice and Ariana Guice; six nephews, Dylan Davis, Jimmy Watkins, Jr., Devin Davis, Jared Robinson, Joey Robinson and Prentiss McWilliams; a great nephew, Kadence Jacobs; a God sister, Ashley Jackson; honorary uncle, Charles Jones; three devoted friends, Minister Donna Washington, Katina Brooks and Tina Thomas; one uncle; nine aunties; and a host of cousins and friends.
