Tommy Sue Whitfield Kellogg, 83, of West Monroe, Louisiana passed away peacefully on August 17th, 2026. She was born on August 25th, 1942, in Monroe, Louisiana.
Tommy Sue was a beloved lifelong resident of the Twin Cities who will be fondly remembered for her kind heart, warm spirit, and love of life. A proud graduate of Neville High School, she dedicated many years of service to CenturyTel before retiring. Tommy Sue was a faithful member of Parkview Baptist Church, where her faith was an important part of her life.
She enjoyed playing bridge, golfing, hunting, and watching sports, especially cheering on her beloved LSU Tigers. Above all, Tommy Sue treasured her family, friends, and the many special memories they shared. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James R. Lawler and Dorothy C. Lawler; and granddaughter, Jessica Leigh Kellogg.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Robert L. Kellogg, Sr.; sons, Robert L. Kellogg, Jr. (Ann) and Michael B. Kellogg (Lori); grandsons, Blake Kellogg and Cole Kellogg (Amber); precious great granddaughter, Baylor Kate Kellogg; sister, Debra Lawler; special nephew, Robert L. Garner; extended family, Lesli and Robert Reed, David and Lisa Dalfiume, Taylor Ray, Kolby Ray, Nathan Ray, Logan Holloway, and Blaine Holloway.
Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Tommy Sue may be made to the Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter.
