Van C. Albritton

Memorial service for Mr. Van C. Albritton, 65, of Monroe, LA, will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 1, 2023, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until service time Monday, May 1, 2023, at Mulhearn Funeral Home.

Mr. Albritton was born on May 1, 1957, in Farmerville, LA; and passed away on March 10, 2023, in Monroe. He enjoyed his high school days playing football at Cedar Creek, where he was a graduate. He loved grooming animals and became a master groomer.

Survivors include his two sisters, Beverly Mardis and husband Wyman; and Gennie Southerland; very close friends, Claudia and Ross Garrity and Thomas McElroy Robinson; special friends, Connie and Precilla Mott, and caregiver, Sara Caldwell; numerous nieces and nephews along with a host of other friends.

Memorials may be made to the Humane Society Adoption Center of Monroe.
