Auttonberry
August 13, 1939 – March 17, 2026
Funeral services celebrating the life of W.H. “Dub” Auttonberry, 86, of West Monroe, Louisiana will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, March 20th, 2026, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Eugene Brown and Rev. Roger Baker officiating. Interment will follow immediately after at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Mr. Auttonberry was born on August 13, 1939 and went home to be with the Lord on March 17, 2026.
“Dub” will be remembered as a man who embraced life with a full heart and an adventurous spirit. He found his greatest joy in the outdoors, whether he was out hunting at daybreak, exploring new places on the open road, or settling in to watch his favorite sports. Before retirement, he worked at the Graphic Packaging Plant 31 in maintenance for many years. His love for the world around him was matched only by the love he shared with the people in his life. He loved the Lord and was a faithful servant.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Matilde Auttonberry; son, Ricky Auttonberry; and grandsons, Derek and Dustin.
Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his beloved wife of sixty-nine years, Brenda Auttonberry; son, Michael Auttonberry; six grandsons; nine great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Auttonberry; as well as a host of friends and loved ones.
The pallbearers will be his grandsons, Shane Brady, Steven Auttonberry, Andrew Auttonberry, Matthew Auttonberry, James Auttonberry, and Wayne Heckford.
The family would like to extend special thanks to his nieces, Pam Auttonberry and Ginger Clampit for the care they provided to Uncle Dub. As well as the staff of Heart of Hospice: Monica, Tonya, and Bailey.
