Mr. William Henry Hallack, Jr. was born on February 17, 1943, in New Orleans, LA and passed away on September 14, 2026, in West Monroe, LA. He attended Northeast State College (ULM) and received his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University. He served his community with Hallack Law Firm(APLC).

Mr. Hallack is preceded in death by his parents, William Henry “Dub” and Laura Ellen Tillman Hallack.

Survivors include his wife, Sue Livingston Hallack; and son, Dennis Woodford Hallack.

Private family graveside services will be held at a later date.
