Funeral services for Mr. Jeffrey Alan Galyean, 64, of Bossier City, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Bayou Oaks Baptist Church in Monroe, LA, with Rev. Clyde Sanchez officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd., Monroe. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe. Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until service time at the church.
Mr. Galyean was born on December 7, 1961, in Oak Grove, LA, and passed away May 13, 2026, in Bossier City, LA.
He was a member of Cypress Baptist Church in Benton, LA, and was a former Deacon at Bayou Oaks Baptist Church in Monroe, LA. He was an avid LSU fan. He loved the outdoors and golfing; and he loved spending time with his family.
Mr. Galyean was preceded in death by his first wife, Taama; and his parents, Wayne and Wanda Galyean.
Survivors include his wife, Beth Galyean; sons, Brandon Galyean (Mandi) and Chris Galyean (Ami); stepchildren, Nick Joles (Candi), James Joles, and Kristen Joles Auger (Trey); nine grandchildren, Alaina, Mackenzie, Farrah, Zander, Landon, Braylee, James, Kendall, and McKenna; two brothers, Kenny Galyean (Renee) and Danny Galyean; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jerry Poulin, Jason Galyean, Russell Galyean, Trey Auger, Lenny Waquespack, Greg Richards, Darrell Murphy, and Matthew Crane. The honorary pallbearer will be Nolan Adcock.
